Job Title: Marketer/Admissions

Position: Marketer/Admissions Exempt
Position Summary:
Responsible for building, growing and maintaining census. Developing strategic sales and marketing plans. Having the facility seen on social media. Signing admissions into the home. Coordinating events at the facility. Developing relationships with referral sources to have leads to quality referrals and move-ins.
Education/Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in marketing/communication preferred.
Associates Degree.
Experience in Senior Living Communities.
Essential Functions:
Building, growing, and maintaining census. Marketing the home to referral sources that will provide quality referrals and move-ins. Developing and maintaining strategic sales and marketing plans. Keeping the home noticed on social media. Signing in admissions to the home and maintaining relationships with the families. Keeping track of all referrals for admissions, and if the referral didn’t move-in recording reasons why. Identifying new leads for referrals. Having the home ready for walk-ins and telephone inquiries. Other job duties as assigned.
Physical Demands:
Being able to stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time. Light lifting.
